I. APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All orders imply the buyer's unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale set out below
. Consequently, no contrary clause may be invoked unless we have formally accepted it
in writing.
II. PRICING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Invoices are issued at the rates and terms and conditions in force at the time of the order.
The prices of items listed on the online store store.calvados-groult.com include 20% VAT,
consumption taxes, and social security contributions. Any discounts apply to the portion of the price excluding VAT, consumption taxes, and social security contributions. Depending on certain fiscal and economic criteria
, our prices may be changed without prior notice.
III. FREE SHIPPING:
Our prices include free shipping in mainland France for orders totaling €180 or more
including VAT.
IV. SHIPPING SUPPLEMENT:
By carrier or postal parcel (if the free shipping threshold is not reached): flat rate of €14.90 including tax.
V. SHIPPING TERMS:
Our shipments are made by carrier or postal parcel. It is advisable to check the packages in the presence of the carrier.
In the event of delay, loss, or damage during transport, it is the buyer's responsibility to make a claim with the carrier and, if necessary and within the regulatory time limits, to exercise all remedies against the carrier and to inform us.
VI. DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; any delays that may occur shall not give rise to any compensation or penalty, nor justify the cancellation of the order.
Any order placed in accordance with the rules
cannot be canceled.
VII. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment for goods must be made before the package(s) is/are shipped
Failure to pay an invoice under the terms provided for shall suspend any further deliveries and render any subsequent outstanding invoices immediately payable
. Any delay in payment will result in the payment of late payment interest calculated on the basis of three times the legal interest rate on the total amount of the invoice, including tax, to which will be added the actual collection costs and a minimum flat fee of €40, in accordance with Articles L441-3 and L441-6 of the French Commercial Code. VIII. RETENTION OF TITLE: By mutual agreement between the parties, this sale shall only transfer ownership after payment of the
full price. Until the price has been paid in full, the goods sold remain the property
of the seller.
IX. JURISDICTION:
For any disputes relating to the execution or interpretation of this agreement, the Commercial Court of Lisieux shall have sole jurisdiction
